As B.C.’s largest commercial structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator, we take pride in approaching every new project, from the moment we’re awarded the contract to the first beam installed on-site. Here’s a quick look at how we get started when new projects come our way:

1. From Award to Action

Once a project is awarded, our team immediately moves into action. Our estimators collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a seamless transition from bidding to planning. We review the specifications, coordinate with engineers and GCs, and create a realistic timeline to meet the client’s goals. This is the time for clear communication and planning. 

2. Shop Drawings & Planning

Our detailers begin producing precise shop drawings tailored to the project’s scope. This phase ensures all structural components are fabricated to exact specifications and meet all safety and quality standards. Accuracy is very important in this step. 

3. Fabrication in Motion

In our state-of-the-art fabrication facility, raw steel begins its transformation. Our skilled tradespeople cut, weld, and prepare each piece, prioritizing both strength and sustainability. Every beam, column, and stair is built with good quality and commitment.

4. Coordinated Delivery & Installation

Once fabrication is complete, our logistics team coordinates delivery to the site. They then install each component safely and efficiently, keeping timelines on track and quality top-of-mind.

5. Collaboration Throughout

Whether it’s a school, hospital, commercial building, or public space, collaboration is the key. We stay in constant communication with all stakeholders to address challenges early and keep things moving forward. We believe in creating successful contractor relationships along with structures.
